A Prospective Study Investigating the Impact of Radiofrequency Ablation for Axial Neck Pain when Facet Joints are Identified as Etiology of Pain with Cervicogenic Headache
This study is evaluating a minimally invasive treatment for adults with chronic neck pain and cervicogenic headaches that have not improved with conservative treatments. The goal is to better understand long-term pain relief and improvements in daily function after treatment.
Participants who qualify for the procedure will undergo a treatment designed to target nerves associated with chronic neck pain and headache symptoms.

Adults (18+) individuals experiencing at least 6 months of chronic neck pain and headache that have had a positive response to two diagnostic nerve blocks.
Exclusion Criteria: Individuals that are on long-term blood thinners, have had prior cervical fusion surgery at C2-5, or have had surgery in the past 3 months.
