Nurse Practitioner — Chronic Pain Management
Kristina Grove, NP, specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, with particular clinical interest in chronic migraines and neck pain. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and her graduate degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC). Kristina began her career as a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth, where she spent seven years working in maternal and newborn care, before returning to school and becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2020.
Clinical Focus
Kristina’s practice centers on evidence-based, minimally invasive treatments for chronic pain conditions, including:
- Chronic migraines
- Chronic neck pain
Her treatment approach includes Botox therapy for chronic migraine and trigger point injections, delivered across both clinic and hospital settings.
